About Support Center Webservice
The Support Center Webservice is a .NET 8 Web API that acts as a middleware layer between client applications and the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) portal. It simplifies ticket management by exposing clean REST endpoints for:
- Creating support tickets
- Looking up existing tickets by ID
- Listing available ticket categories
The webservice handles authentication, payload formatting, and response mapping internally, so consuming applications only need to work with straightforward JSON payloads.
